A tiny victory

Starbucks settled a lawsuit filed by the EEOC on behalf of a bipolar barista who was fired from one of their stores. I don't know the details of the case, but I think that the new management of the store must have acted poorly for the lawsuit to have been filed in the first place.

Nice to see little legal victories now and then.
